Out of tradition, we produce almost exclusively at our main company site in Wiesbaden, Germany. To guarantee quality assurance of the production process and environment, we follow the principles and guidelines of good manufacturing practice (GMP) for for pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, active ingredients and cosmetics. This is regularly monitored by the relevant German supervisory authority. In addition, wide areas of production are certified by the American drug authority FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration).
Main focus
Kreussler Pharma has a range of sclerosants for varicose veins available in over 50 countries, offering sclerotherapy solutions for varicose vein sufferers. A simple injection into the affected part of the vein makes a rapid, safe and cost-effective way of eliminating unattractive spider veins and varicose veins that require medical intervention, without the need for surgery. It can also be used in treatment of haemorrhoids and oesophageal varices. Kreussler Pharma is the world’s leading manufacturer in this sector.
The range of oral health products encompasses self-medication for the mouth and throat that is supported by doctors, paediatricians and dentists. DYNEXAN MOUTH GEL® is one of the most commonly prescribed medicinal products in Germany for painful oral mucosa, gums and lips. The alcohol-free and over-the-counter mouth rinse solution Dynexidin Forte was the first pharmaceutical product of its kind and was brought onto the market by Kreussler. The product range also includes products such as RECESSAN® and DEQUONAL® and DynexaminFluorid Gelee for prophylaxis.
